Choose Your Workout Then Start The Timer!

Let’s go over how to use the EarthFIT Workout Timer so you can receive the full benefits of this system.

1. Turn “silence-mode OFF.”

Make sure that the silent mode switch in the upper-left side of your IPhone is set to off.
The EarthFIT Timer will not work properly if the ringer is set to silent.

2. Turn the ringer volume to maximum.

This is done by going to Settings-> Sounds and moving the Ringers and Alerts slider to the right.
The EarthFIT Timer voice-over volume is controlled by the Ringer and Alerts volume, not the main volume.

3.Choose 6 exercises.

A typical EarthFIT Timer workout consists of 6 different exercises. You will perform 2 different exercise at a
time, alternating between the two a total of 8 times before moving on to the next 2 exercises.
Feel free to make up your own workouts or use some of the example workouts below.

4.Choose your level.

There are 3 trainings you can choose from, and the are based on maximizing your time and results.

We will continue to update with new training from time to time so be on the look out for new routines.
