Week One 67 Day Transformation Challenge Introduction

Hey! What’s up? Welcome to the 67 Day Challenge. You made a great decision. These videos are going to be focused and centered on the mindset aspect of this 67 Day Transformation Challenge. So you have unlimited training, you have the EarthFIT 50 diet – or let’s say Nutrition Guideline. All right? So it’s simple to follow, there are no questions that needs to be asked, those foods you can put them together however you want. And then the mindset aspect which is very important part, because this is what really has the ability to transform your mind.

So, the first thing that I want you to do is set your intention. Alright, so what’s your intention? What do you want to see happen within the 67 days and then above that I want you to create your big WHY? That number one purpose for your life. What is it that drives you? And then, so that’s going to be the big picture, your big WHY and then your intention for the 67 Day Challenge is going to be your smaller picture. And these are extremely important because… we go through the Choose One Loose One. When you choose one thing that you want to get rid of and you want to choose something that you want to put into your life a habit that will put you closer to your goals and your big WHY. So this is a very important aspect. Let me see if I can… make sure I show you and I’m going to be doing this to shoot it real quick on my iPhone. So, once you have these two things down, your intention and the big why, it adds more meaning, right? And when you have more meaning (we can put that into circle), it adds more value  to your life and that value actually creates more meaning. Does that makes sense? So the more meaning you have the more value you have and then the more you will value what you are doing; the more you will value your health; the more you will value your purpose and your intentions. And so you will take it more seriously and you will actually start to implement things that really matter and it will start to transform your life. Make sense? Alright! So, that’s the first step.

Step 1: Set your intention alright, your big why.

A couple tips with the big why. It shouldn’t be something like your kids, or something that you know if you lost it then you would have no reason to live. Your big why should be greater than you. Remember, you come first so your health, all those things comes first and foremost because if you don’t focus on those things, the emotional health, physical health, mental health… then you don’t have anything else. Right? You can’t give away anything else. So, that should be first. After that your big why could be to help people do whatever it is that you want, you might have… For me, in EarthFIT, it’s to help people reach optimal health and fitness in the safest, fastest and most effective way. So that’s the big WHY here and that’s why we’re successful. I focus right on those things and that’s why we get a lot of results.

So what is your big why? Alright so that is the first step in the 67 Day Challenge. This will help you in deciding what else to put down as you choose one and lose one – meaning you choose one habit you want to instill in your daily life and lose one [that you want to get rid of]. So, the next videos to come are going to be about choosing the habit you want to pick and lose a habit you don’t want. And when I talk about habits it’s going to be stories that you have in your life, thoughts, feelings, actions and habits that are in your life that you do not want, you want to get rid off and then habits you want to replace them with. For example, a story would be like “Oh I can’t afford that because I’m only this person and I only do this and I only do that so I can’t afford it” that’s a story right? That’s just a mental construct. We can afford whatever we want really. It’s what do we want?, why do we want it? and how can we get there, right? Sometimes you’ll hear people say “Ah! I can’t afford exercising with a personal trainer. It’s not true, people come to us all the time and they say listen I really want a personal training, what can I give in return, I don’t have a lot of money, I’m not making a lot of money, Can I clean up, Can I do this? Okay, that person can afford personal training. So they went outside of their story of I can afford this and they created a different scenario so they couldn’t sat there and say I can’t afford it and go around and tell everybody I can’t afford it, that is a story they created, that’s an example.

So, where are those stories in your life? Usually, they’ve been with:

I can’t…

I must do this…

I need to do that…

I have to do that…

I’m like this…

I always been like that…

This is the way I am, etc…

So if you have any of those stories, they most likely do not serve you alright? It’s a story that keeps you in a mental construct that can be changed if you want it to. Most of these stories come from when we’re very little and someone told us something you would believed it.

So another thing would be a thought or feeling. Do you feel guilty or shameful? Those are feelings you want to get rid off A.S.A.P. they do not serve anybody, they do not serve you. Do you feel angry a lot? Do you feel frustrated? Irritated? You want to get rid of them A.S.A.P. Do you want to replace that feeling with acceptance, love, wisdom, all those things. You will start to see your life elevate; you will really start to see transformation; and your health will begin to be impacted. Right? Healing begins with the level of joy. So that has to a specific feeling and vibration you give into it. So if someone who lives in joy their whole life – they live a happy life.

Okay, other things were just be actions that you do daily like maybe you bite your nails, pick your nails, maybe you drink too much alcohol, maybe you… all those things. Those are little habits that will change and transform your life to if you instill good habits instead of picking your nails, maybe you write down your daily gratitude list. Whatever it might be…

All right, so you have your first objective. Now, each week I am going to be sending you a video and this is going to be your Choose One Loose One and you get to pick which habits you want to pick up, or thoughts or stories you want to pick up and other ones that you want to lose.
