Week Three 67 Day Transformation Challenge

All right! So now we’re on to the third “Choose One Lose One”. Last week we did the action we’re at the end I talked about the thoughts or not as important as the action, but they are very important because typically your feelings and your thoughts will lead to an action.

So, your thought this week… What thoughts keep popping up into your mind that are not helping you? I’ll just give an example of you know someone I know who’s always saying “Oh, I don’t know that, I can’t do that and I know that they can so they’re just talking it’s self talk saying I don’t know that, I can’t do that and I know that they know the answer because I taught it to them, I told it to him. It’s just that they tell themselves that before they do it. So it’s hesitation; they’re unconfident so it’s not the truth, it’s actually they’re lying to themselves subconsciously. And when I tell them hey! I know you just said that… and they’d say “Oh! I didn’t say that” and say Yes you did! and they say “Oh! I didn’t even noticed it.”

And yeah most of the time it’s things that you don’t even notice, that’s the subconscious mind, it is deep in your head. Once you are able to step out and watch your thoughts through doing something like this you’ll start to see where and why your actions are occurring because your thoughts will reveal a lot, your thoughts are your consciousness level and your consciousness level creates your whole body. It creates your actions, your mind, all that stuff.

So, what is it, what thoughts do you currently have going on in your head that do not serve you. You know what they are… If there’s any negative self talk, if there’s any doubt, if there’s any fear or anxiety that is not a natural thing, that is not our natural state. Our natural state is to be in love, peace, serenity right? We are bombarded with lots of information, a lot of times we’ve been program that’s kids to feel, guilt, remorse, fear, doubt… that is not what our natural state is. So if you have any of those thoughts in your mind like Oh! this is going to happen, this might happen, I can’t do that because if this happens that will be bad… Well, you know you can do that with a lot of things, so that is fear preventing you from taking actions on things that you know you probably should be doing. If we let go of fear, a lot of times actions will take place that push us towards our big why, our main purpose, our intentions. So if there is fear, anxiety, thoughts that are holding you back, write one down that you want to get rid off and what you want to replace it with. Alright so, typically the opposite of fear would be love. And those are two emotions that are pretty much everything stems from. So you know anger is typically from fear, fear of you know… whatever the result might be.

So, write that down, a thought that comes up daily that you want to get rid off and what you would like to replace it with; so everytime it comes up you cancel it and delete it and say that is not true, that is not me. You say I cancel and delete and destroy that thought and feeling and I’m replacing it with love, or peace, or serenity, or truth, or wisdom – higher vibrational feelings. Make sense?
