    That sounds like a challenge! Not gonna do it.. No way.. And I have been training for 25 years!

    I ran a 1/2 mile then did 1/8 of a mile of weighted lunges yesterday and it hurts to walk down the stairs. Lunges = quads, gluts, etc.feeling sore for days!

    p.s. Don’t do this if your a wuss.
